Since the mobile phones own huge of users, people use their phones over billions of times a day, how could businessman miss such huge traffic? 1. Block pop-up ads & malware on Android
Foreword, if you find some pop-up ads keep coming back, and redirects to unfamiliar pages or ads automatically, that probably means your phone had been invaded by malware or virus. Android provides a universal way to block the problematic apps.
Block problematic apps via safe mode
- 1. On your Android device, keep pressing and holding your device’s power button for about 5 seconds, till the Power off icon appear on the screen.
- 2. Then, keep touching and holding the Power off icon. Your device will starts in safe mode. And you’ll see “Safe mode” at the bottom of your screen.
- 3. One by one, uninstall the third-party problematic or suspicious apps.
Tip: To remember the apps that you remove so that you can add them back, make a list. Please do not remove the system apps. - 4. After each removal, restart your device normally. See whether removing that app solved the problem.
- 5. After you remove the app that caused the problem, you can add back the other apps that you removed.

- 2. Scan your device for security threats.
2. Stop notifications on Chrome
- 1. Open the Chrome app.
- 2. Go to a webpage.
- 3. To the right of the address bar, tap More and then Info Information.
- 4. Tap Site settings.
- 5. Under “Permissions,” tap Notifications.
If you don’t see “Permissions” or “Notifications,” the site doesn’t have notifications turned on. - 6. Turn the setting off.

4. Get rid of pop-up ads on Galaxy smartphone

B. Turn off the location-based ads
For those who grant the App Store or Apple News access to their device location, can turn off geographically targeted ads.
- 1. The location-based ads setting option is also placed in the “Privacy” option, go to “Privacy” option, find the “Location Services” option. Here will list all apps and news which can access to device location.
- 2. Either tap to turn off Location Services, or select App Store or News from the list and set Allow Location Access to Never.
